3. Contact form and business industry submission

Should you send us questions or information about your industry via the website form, we will collect the data received (including the contact details you provide) to answer questions and correspond with any follow up as appropriate. We do not share this information without your permission.

We will, therefore, process any data you provide via the website only with your consent per Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR. You may revoke your consent at any time. An informal email including this request is sufficient. The data processed before we receive your request may still be legally processed.

We will retain the data you provide via the website until you request its deletion, revoke your consent for its storage, or the purpose for its storage no longer pertains (e.g. after fulfilling your request). Any mandatory statutory provisions, especially those regarding mandatory data retention periods, remain unaffected by this provision.

4. Newsletter Data

If you would like to receive our newsletter, we require a valid email address as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the specified email address and that you agree to receive this newsletter. No additional data is collected or is only collected on a voluntary basis. We only use this data to send the requested information and do not pass it on to third parties.

We will process data you provide to us with your consent per Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can revoke consent to the storage of your data and email address as well as their use for sending the newsletter at any time, e.g. through the “unsubscribe” link in the newsletter. The data processed before we receive your request may still be legally processed.

The data provided when registering for the newsletter will be used to distribute the newsletter until you cancel your subscription and then be deleted. Data we have stored for other purposes remain unaffected.

5. Regulatory Compliance

In accordance with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), by submitting personal information through one of Hyprr SEO’s website forms, you are providing expressed consent for Hyprr SEO to contact you through commercial electronic messages (CEM), including email, SMS, and instant messages. You may opt out of future emails by following the unsubscribe link within the message or by replying “unsubscribe” to the sender’s address. Once your request has been submitted, you will stop receiving CEMs from Hyprr SEO within 10 business days.

5.2 CAN-SPAM Act Compliance (United States Residents)

Email communications from Hyprr SEO may be received after completing a website form. In compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act (Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing), you may opt out from future emails by following the unsubscribe link within the message or by replying “unsubscribe” to the sender address. You will stop receiving email communications from Hyprr SEO within 10 business days from the initial request.

5.3 CCPA Compliance (California Residents)

Through the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), you can request the disclosure, correction, or deletion of information we have obtained about you in the past 12 months. To approve your data request, we must verify that you have controlling access to an email inbox associated with the consumer information. In special circumstances, this request may be performed by an authorized representative. Once identity and authorization have been verified, we will make every effort to process the request for disclosure, correction, or deletion of your information within a reasonable timeframe.
